Collaboration with the Georgian Technical University was initiated in 2015, resulting in the project 2017-1-PL01-KA107-036456 for the years 2017-2019. Within this project, 7 mobilities were successfully carried out, accounting for 93 points. Additionally, in the concluding year of this project, No.2020-1-PL01-KA107-078204 for the years 2020-2023 was executed with 5 mobilities realized. Another project, 2023-1-PL01-KA171-HED-000121693, was won in 2023; however, the number of allocated slots was insufficient (1 from PL to GE and 2 from GE to PL), despite significant interest from both partner universities in STT and STA mobilities. Moreover, an attempt will be made to apply for slots for students from Georgia who could come to Koszalin University of Technology. Therefore, the continuation of collaboration within the mobility project for the years 2024-2027 is proposed. Collaboration between PK and GTU within the scientific team would enhance access to innovative research methods and techniques, leading to diversification of available educational forms and raising the standard of education in both universities. Continuation of cooperation in an international environment, gained experience, and contact with other practices promote scientific development, foster collaboration within grants, training, workshops, conferences, provide opportunities for publication in recognized scientific journals, and enable access to other forms of idea exchange initiated by partner universities. The educational profiles of PK and GTU are similar, as they are primarily technical universities, which also offer courses in economics, humanities and social sciences, and design. Employees of both universities are proficient in English in their scientific and teaching work. Continuing the exchange of scientific staff for both universities will be beneficial, as it promotes the comparison and updating of existing courses and teaching methods.
